West Suburban Bank/ Sugar Grove
Designed to look bigger than it is
- New Channels Realty worked with the bank’s architect to design a building that contains the approximately 2,500 sf WSB branch, and three drive-thru aisles, but looks like a much larger bank facility from the outside
- The design provides the bank with a strong marketing presence, and operating and capital efficiencies
- The project saved WSB over $450,000 in capital costs compared to a single tenant occupancy owned by the bank
- New Channels and the bank worked closely on a co-tenanting plan to provide a financial services center
